holy shiznit batman

I seem to have dropped completely off the face of the planet DA wise. Not too surprising. I have done practically no artwork for like... two years. Yeeaahhhh lookit me go. I will attempt to change this in the new year, as always, but I will likely not be very successful. Mostly I now concentrate my time on writing, not failing out of business school (please refrain from making comments about how I sold my soul... thanks ;D), and dressing up in ridiculously stylish outfits. Ohhh yeah. I am stylin'. Just... fyi.
Anyway. I will attempt to be artistic once again. Good luck to me!
And I hope everyone is having a really awesome holiday so far. I know I am (holiday drinking for the win!). Have a happy new year everyone, too. Whether or not January 1st is the start of the new year wherever you may be. Just... have a gooder. OKAY. ;)

I don't think you were clear enough in your explanation for the piece, and that's why it was taken down.
Probably if you had been more explicit and linked back to the original works you'd have no problem. Then again some artists don't like their stuff taken without permission so it would've still ruffled some feathers.

I expected it to. That was sort of the point, to ruffle feathers and demonstrate several points. Everyone makes fanart, it's no fun to displayed like you're a thief because of it, and etc.
